For our guests’ enjoyment, we have some simple policies…
- All rates are per room, per night and vary by day of the week, holiday or season. A third person in the room adds $25 per night.
- Special rates are available for longer term stays and business travelers. Call the innkeepers for additional information.
- Phone and email reservations are accepted and guaranteed with a 50% deposit. Checks, Visa, Mastercard or Discovercard are accepted for deposits.
- All online reservations will be confirmed via email. All phone reservations must be made with the Innkeeper. Please don’t leave a message.
- The balance is due upon arrival. We accept travelers checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard or Discovercard.
- Cancellations affect us greatly since we are a small Inn. We require notice by email (no phone messages) for a refund: 7 days for weekdays, 10 days for weekends and holidays. There is a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation of the entire Inn incurs the loss of the non-refundable deposit.
- Check-in is between 3 – 8pm. Later check-ins by pre-arrangement only.
- Check-out is by 11am.
- Ample on site, well lit parking with convenient covered Porte-Cochere entry. We have dedicated handicap spaces available.
Children & Pets:
- Our Inn is not suitable for children under 12 years old or pets. There are kennels nearby for your pets.
- We are a non-smoking facility. Ashtrays are available by the outdoor fireplace for those who wish to smoke. Cleaning fees will be charged equal to one night’s lodging if guests smoke in the Inn.
